You can add custom packaging to any of our curated gift boxes. While the gift box contents remain the same as what you see in the product pictures, your logo can get added to the packaging in a variety of ways to make it appear as a fully custom gift.


Here are some highlights and key points of our semi-custom gifting program: 

  • What's Eligible: Any of our curated gift boxes can be purchased as part of this program! You can also mix & match gift boxes, so long as the gift box style (linen-covered, wooden, etc.) is the same for all gifts purchased. (The box styles are not the same size, so packaging for one won't fit the other.)

  • All-at-Once or On-Demand: Gifts can be purchased to be sent all-at-once (e.g., year-end gifting, one-time events, etc.), or you can purchase them on an on-demand basis (e.g., birthdays, housewarming gifts, ongoing marketing campaigns, etc.) directly from our website. For on-demand gifting, you'll simply enter an assigned code each time you order so that we know to use your custom packaging.

  • Cost: You pay the retail cost of the gift box, along with a one-time setup fee and our easy flat-rate per-box cost (if ordering one of our two suite options) or the a la carte pricing if you're tailoring your packaging elements. (See the Pricing tab for more information.) 

  • Total Upfront Investment:  Your total upfront investment is comprised of the setup fee and the semi-custom packaging costs for the quantity you request. For example, if you want 24 gift boxes using one of our suite options, your upfront investment would be $292 ($100 setup fee & 24 x $8), plus the cost of any gift boxes you're ordering right away or all-at-once. If you're ordering on-demand, then you'll pay for the gift boxes as you order them. 

Our semi-custom options start with a minimum of just six boxes! 

Our semi-custom packaging option pricing is really simple! Regardless of quantities ordered, we have a flat-rate setup fee and a per-box fee when purchasing either of our core packaging suites: 

-One-time setup fee: $100

-Cost per-box: $8

If you are purchasing a la carte packaging, the one-time setup fee applies, and then any other costs are determined solely by the options you select from our packaging menu.

Setup Fee

Your setup fee covers the cost for our graphic designers and printing company to set up your packaging using one of our exclusive designs. (You pick which design style you want.) If you later need to reorder additional gifts, there's no additional setup fee so long as you keep the design and notecard message the same.

Have your own designer? We can provide the necessary templates (in AI or PDF file versions) so they can design a totally unique look for your packaging! The setup fee is reduced to $50 when supplying your own artwork.


Per-Box Cost

Any semi-custom packaging costs are in addition to the retail price of the curated box to which it's being added. (e.g., a curated gift box that has a retail price of $75 is just $83 with one of our semi-custom packaging suites.)

As with our custom orders, for semi-custom orders we can either ship each gift box individually to the recipient, or we can bulk package the gift boxes and ship them to you (or someone you designate) for distribution.

For individual shipments being done all-at-once, we'll provide you with an Excel spreadsheet template to populate with the recipients' shipping information. For on-demand shipments, you'll enter the recipients' shipping information each time you order, along with your unique code to let us know to use your custom packaging.

From the time we receive your logo files (or your artwork files if you're supplying your own complete designs), it generally takes 1-2 weeks for the packaging to be printed and ready for use. If you need a shorter timeline, please contact us first so we can let you know if we'll be able to meet an abbreviated timeline.

If you utilize all of your packaging and need to reorder later, you can do so without paying an additional setup fee so long as the design and packaging options remain the same as what you originally ordered!
