Timeline: We make each gift box to order, with most curated gift boxes shipping within 1-3 business days. Orders of six or more curated gift boxes, as well as all semi-custom gift boxes, require more production time. Please note that this does not include transit time with UPS. Guaranteed Delivery Dates: While we do our best to be timely with production, there are many variables outside of our control–particularly in terms of unexpected shipping delays. Therefore, we unfortunately are not able to guarantee arrival on or by a specific date.

Due to the artisan nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, while we take great care to ensure your gift arrives in pristine condition, in the unlikely event your gift box arrives in unsatisfactory condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can rectify the situation.
